August 2009 Wrap Up:

Start of the 2009-2010 Season

Larry Rozeck (Mr_Fish) jumped out to an early lead during the first month of the new season. Daniel Crete (creech1) is in secong with Allen Nypen (AO939) in third. Brad Saunders (zeke11563) rounds out those who scored over 100 points in the first month of play.

The TDs held 20 tournaments during August for a total of 20 tournaments this season.

There will be no ACC Internet Tournaments September 25 through September 28 so that all can play at the Grand National in Grand Rapids.

Cribbage Cup Mo..v..ing...

Beginning in October, the Cribbage Cup is moving to Wednesday evenings. John Schafer, our TD who handles this tournament has a conflict with Tuesday evenings (Grass Roots). The cribbage cup is played at www.ecribbage.com.

New eMaster

No players reached the eMaster plateau (2000 IRPs) during August.

Grand eMaster

No players reached the Grande eMaster plateau during the season. It takes 4000 IRPs to reach Grand Master. Both Mark Van Dyke (loosespokes) and Mike Fetchel (mfetchCT425) have a good shot of reaching this milestone during next season.

Cribbage Cup Winners
