Notes for rotating doubles scorecards: - Each player will have the same partner no more than once. - Each player will have the same individual opponent no more than twice, and the same team of opponents no more than once. - Each file is the complete set of scorecards for the specified number of participants (for example, the file called "12_players" will print the 12 scorecards for an event with 12 players). - There are files for 12 to 60 players, in increments of 4 (i.e. full tables only). - If your event has more than 60 players, run the event as 2 (or more) separate groups. For example, if you have 80 players, you can run Group A with 40 players and Group B with the other 40 players. Simply print out 2 copies of the "40_players" file, and mark the cards with the correct group. - It is recommended that you end registration 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, so that the correct scorecards can be printed and cut.
